Our rooms are newly renovated and feature new furniture, fresh new linens, and chic decor that plays into the beautiful beach setting of our inn, which is being featured on HGTV. Whether you are looking to get some R&R or have a fun beach vacation, the Sunburst Inn is here to offer a memorable time!

Our friendly and welcoming staff is available to assist you with any needs during business hours. Just come to the front office. If we are not there, you can call the number posted for help.
Neighborhood
There are many nice Mom and Pop businesses within walking distance from the inn. Feel free to try out the Indian Shores Coffee Shop or the Salt Rock Grill which are two of our favorites. The Original Pizza restaurant is always good. Sunburst Inn is right across the street from the famous Mahuffer’s dive bar and about 1 block from Smugglers Cove mini golf.
Renowned for laid-back beaches and great dining, Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores is where you want to go if you want a quiet vacation that isn’t too far away from activity hubs like Clearwater Beach or St.Petersburg. The quieter beaches here are perfect for those seeking serenity with a side of good food and drink.
Access
Easily check in via keypad.
Guests will have access to all of the shared spaces, including the lounge area, outdoor dining on the upper level, the BBQ grill, and the beach.
Transit
We are located very close to the Park Avenue bridge, bringing you back to the mainland if you need to get a few items from a national chain such as Walgreens, Publix, McDonald’s, etc. There is 1 parking space for each listing. We provide free bikes for guests to use.
